2. Scan the signed contract back to bill@buildersupdate.com
3. Complete your registration HERE if you haven't yet registered with Buildersupdate and sent us your XML feed.
4. Send us your XML feed ( if you haven't already sent it; we will map it to our site at a one time charge of $1,000). If you don't have an XML, no problem, you can upload data manually yourself at no fee, or we can do it for you, we can collect your data for you manually, and update it once a week for you for a small upfront fee and a monthly maintenance fee. Let us know how many communities you have and a total property count and we will send you a quote.
5. Once your data is uploaded, the leads will begin to flow to you. Please note that the $1,000 owing to BuildersUpdate at closing and payable within 30 days is in addition to a mandatory referral fee paid to the agent for bringing you the lead. The amount of the referral fee is up to you
